At Togza, we are committed to providing the best in quality and experience. While we hope you love your purchase, if something goes wrong, we're here to help make it right.
Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged or defective, or
- You received a wrong product (wrong size, design, or color)
We do not accept returns for:
- Size or fit issues
- Change of mind or personal preferences
Conditions for Returns
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory for approval
- Requests raised after 48 hours or without proof will not be accepted
Reverse Pickup & Self-Shipping
- Free reverse pickup is provided for approved cases
- If unavailable during pickup, customers must self-ship the item (address will be shared)
Refunds
- Processed within 1-2 business days after product is received and verified
- Prepaid refunds are sent to the original payment method
- COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI after collecting customer details
Please Note:
- ₹75 COD handling charge is non-refundable
- Discounted or sale items are not eligible for refunds
Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges
- ₹75 handling fee is charged on all COD orders
- This is a non-refundable service charge
- No extra charges on prepaid orders
Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders can be cancelled or modified only before dispatch
- No changes allowed after dispatch
- Partial cancellations are not supported
Received a Wrong or Damaged Product?
- Raise complaint within 48 hours of delivery
- Share a clear unboxing video showing the issue
- We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund (excluding ₹75 COD charge)
